At Motif, we use the term Magnetism or Brand Magnetism a lot. This concept, along with our other Building Blocks of Loyalty, is what sets us apart from the competition. Magnetism is the overall stickiness of your brand, the unique ‘you’ thing that makes your customers love you, and that key factor that differentiates you from competitors.
