Motif Data is made available to authorised users (who may be clients, employees, consultants or contractors) via a Website. Each area of the Website, typically client specific zones, is controlled via access usernames.

Registering as an external user will require recording of an email address for each user. Only this email address will be used to communicate and confirm username and password changes. Your username and password should never be shared.

PASSWORD POLICY
User passwords to the Website are to be complex and changed on first login. Each password must be at least 8 characters, with a mixture of letters, numbers and either a capital letter or a character; it must not match the previous 6 passwords used. (Passwords must not contain obvious references such as date of birth, telephone number, surname etc).
User Passwords must not be given to any other person, either by email or any other medium.
Access passwords to the Website must not be ordinarily set to be remembered by any computer system to enable access without keying in a password.
