insight manager (Quant)
We’re currently looking for an Insight Manager to help lead a number of key projects across a variety of sectors. This role is right for someone who thrives on building great relationships and providing effective insight to clients, empowering them to push their businesses forward.
Our recent re-positioning has opened up the potential for new and exciting conversations among existing clients. This gives us the opportunity to share our more compelling perspective on customer experience and customer loyalty through our own, bespoke loyalty framework, designed to deliver competitive advantage in a crowded market place.
As well as already being in possession of the usual research acumen, the successful applicant will thrive on learning new skills; in particular, how to communicate the value of the new framework and its ability to give clients the edge when it comes to retention and customer loyalty.
Ideally, we’re interested in someone with five years’ experience of conducting quantitative research, who is able to manage a number of different senior client relationships and help deliver growth. Management experience is a bonus!
